- 1:45 PM - Coaches Scratch Meeting
- 3:00 PM - Field Events
- 5:00 PM - Running Event Preliminaries
- Running Event Finals - Finals will begin approximately 45 minutes after the completion of the Preliminaries

All entries are to be completed by 12:00 PM on Monday, May 19, 2025. No additional entries will be allowed after the 12:00 PM entry deadline. Scratches only will be allowed up until 2:30 PM on the day of the meet. Please try to complete as many changes as possible prior to arriving at the meet. Thank you!
