We continue our Ranking the Records countdown today with #9 using the IAAF Scoring Tables. Click here for a full explanation of how the rankings were determined.
Yesterday we covered our #10 records. For the girls, it was future NCAA cross country All-American Molly Born's outstanding 10:11.36 2-mile with an IAAF score of 1,011 points. For the boys, it was future NFL player Reggie Jones's 51'7.75" triple jump, with an IAAF score of 1,031 points. If those are the #10s, how great must the rest be?!
So, without further ado, here are your 9th greatest Kansas high school state track and field records.
