The Trials of Miles Kansas City Qualifier is the second in a series of national meets aimed at helping top athletes attain both Olympic and Olympic Trials qualifying standards. Fields will include some of the top professional runners in the sport and races will be complete with pacesetters.

In addition, it will feature high school races at 1600m, 100H/110H, and 2,000m steeplechase. There will also be a national Elite High School Mile which will feature athletes from outside 500 miles from the Kansas border for the first time. Due to state association rules, the Elite High School Mile is open to all high school athletes in the U.S. outside of Kansas, and the 1600m, 100H/110H, and 2,000m steeplechase are open to all athletes in Kansas and from within 500 miles of the Kansas state border (typically all of Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and portions of Illinois, Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming, and South Dakota).

The Kansas City Qualifier provides a rare opportunity of high school athletes to participate in the same meet with top pros as well as showcase their talents in front of a national audience on a free, high-quality live stream!

HIGH SCHOOL ENTRY DEADLINE IS APRIL 19! Here are the registration instructions for high schoolers:

4) Fill in the information box with top time posted this season and any other relevant information for seeding purposes.
5) In the event that an athlete posts a faster time between now and 4/19, send an update tormurrow@sjakeepingfaith.organddave@trialsofmilesracing.comwith updated time.
