Jaeden Frierson (Wichita South) ran 15.67 in the 110-meter hurdles at the Campus High School Invitational on April 24, dropping from his previous personal record of 17.21 set in April. The time places him #66 in Kansas and #32 among seniors in the state.
Austin Swonger (Kiowa-South Barber) clocked 14.84 in the 110-meter hurdles at Border Queen on April 21, improving from 16.30. The time ranks #24 in Kansas and #5 among juniors while establishing a new school record.
Kaylee Finley (Wichita Defenders Homeschool) ran 12:04.48 in the 3200 meters at the Clearwater Invitational on April 24, cutting nearly a minute from her previous best of 13:02.76. The time places her #62 in Kansas and sets a school record.
Jillian Schwindt (DeSoto) ran 2:27.24 in the 800 meters at the 2026 Leitel Legacy Invitational on April 24, improving from 2:39.77. The freshman's time ranks #80 in Kansas and #20 among freshmen in the state.
Jaren Garrison (Little River) threw 149-8 in the discus at Sterling Relays 2026 on April 23, improving from 128-2. The junior ranks #65 in Kansas and #21 among juniors while also setting a shot put personal record of 42-0, up from 38-8.
Rijah'el Charles (Dodge City) ran 11.15 in the 100 meters at the 2026 Great Bend HS JV Invitational on April 21, dropping from 12.10. The sophomore's time places him #125 in Kansas and #32 among sophomores in the state.
