Cragg is easily the most accomplished female distance runner Kansas has ever produced, and one of the best American women ever.

Unfortunately, injuries forced her to withdraw from the 2020 Tokyo Olympic marathon trials held in February prior to the Covid 19 pandemic shutdown.
