Bird-Dog Invitational Cross Country Meet
To: Cross-Country Coaches

Date: October 4th, 2022
I want to welcome you to the Bird-Dog Invitational. The meet will be held at Cimarron Golf Club on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022. Cimarron High School and Ingalls High School will conduct both junior high and high school meets. All junior high races will be 2 miles. All high school competitors will run a 5k. The mile and 2-mile times will be read.
1. The course will be open at 3:00 pm for runners. There will be coaches meeting in the clubhouse at 3:30 pm. After this meeting, the clubhouse will be closed. We will have portable restrooms for the runners and spectators.
4:00 - 7th Grade
4:25 - 8th Grade
4:50 - HS Girls,
5:20 - HS Boys
5:50 - Awards
1. Awards- Top High School BOYS AND GIRLS Team will get a trophy and each placer will receive a Bird-Dog Invitational T-shirt
Top 15 - Varsity Boys
Top 15 - Varsity Girls
Top 10 - JV Boys
Top 10 - JV Girls
Top 15 - 8th Grade Boys and Girls
Top 15 - 7th Grade Boys and Girls

* Heartland Timing will be our timing company. We will operate on a rolling schedule. If races get finished early and the timing device is ready, we will start the next race.
