Shout out to last week's winner: Elizabeth Weinert - Olathe North. The freshman won the High Jump at the Shawnee Mission West Invitational on Friday, clearing 5-6. It was ranked the second best mark in 6A. She will be included the end-of-season poll to determine who had the best performance of the season!

Katelyn Rupe - Salina Central - Rupe continued her own fantastic season as she trends toward another 5A showdown at the State meet. At Friday's Seaman Relays, she ran a season best 10:19.65, US No. 40, to win the 3200 and is only two seconds off her personal best now.

Ashley Lehman - Hesston - Lehman had a busy day at the James Thomas Invitational on Friday. She won the 100, 200, 400, and Pole Vault, hitting a personal best in the 400 (55.88) and season best in the 100 (11.90), tied her season best in the 200 (25.23), and cleared 12-0 for the second time this season in the pole vault.

Allison Saunders - Andover Central - Saunders also had a busy day, but at the McPherson Invitational. She was the runner-up in the 100 hurdles and high jump, but picked up the win in the 300 hurdles in a new personal best of 44.42.

Sadie Reynolds - Lawrence Free State - Reynolds had the top Discus mark of the week with her 138-7 at the Gardner-Edgerton Trailblazer Invitational. It was a big personal best for the sophomore.

Kaidence Alston - Mill Valley - Alston had the top triple jump mark of the weekend at Gardner-Edgerton, nearly clearing 40 feet for the first - 39-0.5.
