Columbia Rock Bridge girls repeated as champion of the Central Missouri Activities Conference track and field meet on Saturday, April 22 in Jefferson City.
The Bruins finished with 172 1/2 points, while the host Helias Catholic was second with 133 1/2 points in the seven-team meet.
Rock Bridge won two of the four relays and Carolyn Ford brought home four first-place medals.
She senior was part of the 4x800-meter relay with Claire Richardson, Morgan Sexten and Mae Walker that won in 10:03.77.
Ford, Sunday Crane, Grace Parsons and Lauren Miller won the 4x400-meter relay in 4:07.82 - capping a win in the last race with the first race.
Ford won the 800- and 1,600-meter runs in 2:24.95 and 5:19.34, respectively.
Richardson won the 3,200-meter run (11:4.390) and Crane added a win in the triple jump (10.48 meters). Junior Tamyra Nevills added a win in the shot put for the Bruins.
Mikah Edwards played a part in all three wins for the Crusaders of Helias.
The Pittsburg State signee won the 200- and 400-meter dashes (25.85 and 58.27) and was part of the winning 4x200-meter relay in 1:45.75. Schyler Phillips, Isabelle Struemph and Kenadi Harrison joined her
Columbia Hickman had four first-place finishes - three by sophomore Athena Peterson. She won the 100- and 300-meter hurdles and took first in the long jump with a distance of 5.37 meters. Addison Throckmorton won the javelin with a throw of 43.24 meters.

Tyrica Sterrett won the 100-meter dash (12.87) and was on the 4x100-meter relay team with Kloey Strayhorn, Darlene Cris-Kargbo and Layla Hess - winning in 50.49 seconds.
Michelyn Appiah won the discus for the Cavaliers with a throw of 37.54 meters.
Columbia Battle accounted for the final two first-place finishes. Anna Ferguson won the pole vault and Jordyn Butler took first in the high jump.
