KSHSAA Issues 2020 Cross Country Recommendations

Late yesterday, KSHSAA put out covid risk mitigation strategies for the 2020 Kansas high school cross country season.  They are generally phrased as suggestions, recommendations, or considerations rather than requirements.  Here's the full text:
