Q: What does your training look like right now given the current situation?
A: Lots of cardio and body weight exercises.
Q: What are you doing to stay busy other than run right now?
A: I have been staying active in video games and other
social media platforms
Q: What was your most memorable race/moment?
A: When our 4x800 improved 20 seconds to go to state.
Q: What was the funniest thing that happened during your running career?
A: Mine and Parker's conversation during long runs
Q: Who you consider your biggest competition?
A: A guy from Heights who has always beat me over the last 3 years, I think I improved enough to beat him this year improving 4 inches.
Q: What was your greatest accomplishment?
A: Clearing 6'2" in high jump and jumping 43' in
triple jump. 2:05 split in the 800
Q: If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?
A: I wouldn't let my brain tell me when to stop, i would power through all pain in all workouts.
Q: What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?
A: The 20x 200s practice
Q: What will you miss the most?
A: My "family" they really showed me character.
Q: What advice would you give to younger athletes?
A: Don't take time for granted. It will be gone sooner than you think. Always work hard
Q: What kind of impact has your coach had on you and your team?
A: Our new coach has been great she would have had a big impact things this year
Q: What are your college plans?
A: To go run track and xc for Bethel College and study pre-engineering.

A: I would like to thank my coach, Amber Russell and my workout partner, Parker Francis.

A: I love my track team

A: Pancakes with the team
Q: If you could be any animal what would you choose? and why?
A: The cheetah because it's fast or the lion because of its mindset
