With 11 runners finishing amongst the top-15 spots during the Cowley College Cross Country Invite held Friday at Camp Quaker Haven, the Tiger men

Cowley Community College's men are ranked 2nd, and their women are 3rd in the Sept 10 NJCAA coaches poll, with several other Kansas schools making the rankings as well.
About Our Team
Headlining the returnees for the Tigers is Dustin Mettler, who placed second in the conference behind Cherono and was an all-conference and all-region performer as a freshman. Isbek Salinas also ran well as a freshman and was among the top-12 runners in the conference.
DeGrado is expecting big things from Mettler, who earned NJCAA Coaches Association All-American honors as a freshman.
