STARTING TIME
12:00 Noon-Field Events; 3:00pm Running Events
ENTRIES & ENTRY FEE
$25 per athlete. Non-refundable. Track clubs $125 per gender ($125 for women, $125 for men/$250 total) A team consists seven athletes per gender. Teams under seven athletes will compete as individuals.
Payable at check-in (but entries must be in by 5:00 PM Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011)
ENTRY DEADLINE
Feb. 3, 2011 at 5 pm (Late entries NOT accepted.) No changes after this date.
Entries must be done online. Faxed entries or phone entries will not be accepted.

Immediately upon arrival at Registration table in lobby of Young Gym

AWARDS
T-shirts to first place finishers
TRAINER
A trainer will be available during the meet.
FACILITIES
Dressing and shower facilities are available in the basement of Young Gym. Bring your own towel and locker locks.
RESULTS
Available shortly after meet ON WEB SITE ONLY. www.mssu.edu/athletics then go to track and field page.
SPIKES
1/4" PYRAMID spikes ONLY - Violators will be disqualified. NO CHRISTMAS TREE SPIKES OF ANY KIND.
WARM-UP
Please inform athletes to avoid the FINISH LINE, high jump and long jump areas during their warm-up. We have limited seating and space. Please use caution. Athletes may use Young Gym adjacent to the Leggett & Platt facility for warm-up. Spikes CANNOT be worn in Young Gym.

1:00 pm: Boys Long Jump; Girls Shot Put
1:30 pm: Boys and Girls Pole Vault (together)
2:00 pm: Girls Triple Jump -- followed by Boys Triple Jump
(Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put: all entries get 4 jumps and 4 throws)
