Junction City - Tristyn Villa edges out Jack Timmerman 16:24 to 16:26 while Wichita North dominates the team battle winning in 28 over Manhattan's 58.  On the girls side it was Alaina Schroeder running a 14:45 to win by 12 seconds while the Maize girls narrowly beat Manhattan 42 to 44.

Blue Valley West - In a narrow girls race, Grace Morgan came out on top in a time of 15:14 over Cameron Gueldner and Brenna McDannold who were close behind in 15:17 and 15:18.  Olathe East snuck past Olathe Northwest 61 to 64.  Sophmore sensation Stuart McNutt won the boys race by almost 30 seconds while Olathe East won a tight team battle over Olathe North and Lawrence Free State, 72-75-78.

Shawnee Mission South - Alli Cash continued her dominant season, winning her regional by over a minute and 15 seconds. She led her team to a first place finish with only 34 points.   On the guys side, Colton Donahue pulled away with a time of 15:27 to win yet again.  Kirk Bado, third, led Shawnee Mission Northwest with to a victory with 34 points, as they had runners finished places three, four, and five.

Wichita East - Led by Alex Miller, the individual champion in 15:29, the Garden City girls went 1-3 blowing the field away with 29 points to Derby's 76.  For the boys it was Brandon Lewis over Oscar Carmona, 16:08 to 16:20 while Dodge City took the team title in 39 points.

Great Bend

Shawnee Mission South - Bailee Cofer and Maddie Hopfinger led St. Thomas Aquinas to a dominating victory going 1-2 in 15:24 and 15:27 helping their team score a low 23 points.  On the boys side it was Curtis Cline over Nick Boyles 16:06 to 16:13.  St. Thomas Aquinas narrowily edged out Blue Valley Southwest 35 to 39.

Topeka Seaman - Our Female Runners of the Week Nashia and Malika Baker went 1-2 in times of 14:43 and 15:04 helping Lansing win the team title with 36 points followed by Seaman and Leavenworth.  On the boys side it was Matt Bryan of Seaman leading his team to victory followed by Topeka West and Shawnee Heights.

Bishop Carroll - The host team went 1-2 as Gage Garcia and James Hampton ran 16:31 and 16:38 leading their team to a decisive victory with 29 points.  For the girls it was a similar outcome as Bishop Carroll went 1-2 with Kaelyn Balch running 14:41 and Katherine Dillard a 14:58 leading their team to a low score of 20.

Bonner Springs - Mary Kate Franklin edges out Meredith Wolfe 15:21 to 15:22 while the Hayden girls get it done winning in 31 points.  Angel Vasquez crushes the boys field winning in 15:32 by 42 seconds.  Wamego and DeSoto separated themselves from the field going 1-2 25 to 37.

Buhler - Kaylah Romine won a close girls race over Chrisholm Branscum, 15:46 to 15:50.  Romine helped the Pratt girls edge out Ulysses for the team title 78 to 99.  For the boys it was Jacob Wallace winning in 16:36 and Hugoton winning comfortably in the team race with 46 points.

Anderson County - Ethan Hartzell cruised to victory in a 17:12, 56 seconds over second palce while the Baldwin boys won the team title in 66 points.  For the girls it was Katren Reinbolt by 56 seconds while Paola edged out Baldwin 46 to 62 for the team title.

Bishop Carroll Paige White of Baxter Springs dominated the field winning in a time of 15:09 by 35 seconds.  The Winfield girls edged out Trinity for the team title.  For the guys it was Josh Hanna over Ren Bean, 16:04 to 16:20 and Mulvane over Winfield 34 to 43.

Burlington- Johnny Adamson won the individual title in 16:52 while the Wellsville boys got it done scoring 30 points over Burlington.  On the girls side it was Aundrea Koger leading Osage City to victory in 34 points winning in 15:09.

Cimarron - Heather Ruder won the girls race by 30 seconds with a time of 17:51 while Norton Community won the team title with a low score of 29.  For the boys it was Wyatt Ratzlaff winning in 19:10 and Holcomb winning the team race in 60 over Norton's 64

Southeast of Saline- Emily Sechrist ran a 15:31 to win by 26 seconds while the Douglass girls won the team battle in 48 points over Southeast of Saline's 75.  Cory Donley was the boys champion by 35 seconds running a 16:27 while Trinity won with a team score of 49 to Southeast of Saline's 64.

Riley County- Jordan Puvogel was the girls individual champion running at 15:25 to win by 25 seconds.  Pleasant Ridge took the team title over Riley County 53 to 57.  For the boys it was Alex Conn winning in 16:56 and Riley County in 74 points.

Burlington - Eli Alholm was the Regional champ winning in 17:14 leading Kansas City Christian to the team title.  For the girls it was Kaylee Bogina in 15:13 by 20 seconds and Maranatha took the team title in 32 points.

Hill City

Meade - Individual Champions were Mark Sutton in 17:16 and Wendy Busenitz in 16:52.  Berean Academy was the girls team champions in a score of 31 while it was Stanton County taking the boys team title in 28.

Washington - Trenton Kuhlman narrowly edged out Dylan Hodgson 17:26.63 to 17:26.83 helping Republic County win the team title in 47 points.  On the girls side it was Katey Whitesell in 15:43 and Jefferson County North in 30 points.

Wheatland/Grinnell

Meade - Coraima Yanez got it done on the girls side winning by 25 seconds in a 17:07 leading Greely County past Macksville 22 to 30.  For the boys it was Troy Wineinger running a 17:33 to win by over 30 seconds leading Greely County to a dominating victory 17 points.

Riley County- Lukas Koch won in a time of 16:35 while Pike Valley took the team title in 20 points over Frankfort.  For the girls it was Audrey Schmitz in 16:09, winning by over a minute leading Axtell to victory 26 to 30 over Olpe.

Wichita East - Trae Lane won comfortably on the boys side in a 17:45, 21 seconds over second place.  His win helped lift Burrton past Pretty Prairie 25 to 35.  Kyley Drake won the girls race in 16:34, 21 seconds over second place as well.  Pretty Prairie was the only team with a team score.
