Q: What does your training look like right now given the current situation?

A: The gym I go to, PSP3, sent me at home workouts that I've been doing every morning.


Q: What are you doing to stay busy other than run right now?

A: Watch movies, hangout with family, and I'm teaching myself how to backflip.


Q: What was your most memorable race/moment?

A: My sophomore year our 4x1 relay beat the school record at the SMN Relays (48.14).


Q: What was the funniest thing that happened during your running career?

A: Stopping before I got to the finish line in the 100 at Emporia my Junior year because we were running a different direction than I was used to.


Q: Who would you consider your biggest competition over your four years?

A: Olathe South's 4x1 relay team


Q: What was your greatest accomplishment?

A: Medaling at State all 3 years and earning those medals in a variety of different races (4x1, 4x4 and 4x8).


Q: If you could do it all over again what would you change about your running career in high school?

A: I wish I would've started long jumping freshman year.


Q: What were the most difficult obstacles you had to overcome?

A: A quad injury my junior year.


Q: What will you miss the most?

A: How close everyone was on the team and KU Relays.


Q: What advice would you give to younger athletes?

A: Don't be afraid to try different events during your early years because you don't know what you may be good at. You may surprise yourself.


Q: What kind of an impact has your coach had on you and your team?

A: My coaches have had a major impact on me. They make running fun while also challenging us to perform at our best.


Q: What are your college plans?

A: I plan on attending Nebraska Wesleyan University to run track. I plan on majoring in exercise science.


Q: Who would you like to say 'thank you' to?

A: I would like to thank all my coaches for not only helping me with the physical aspect of running, but for also helping me with the technological and mental aspects. Without them I would not be the runner I am today. Also, my family for being at every meet and giving me support.

A: Anything with pasta


Q: If you could be any animal what would you choose? and why?

A: Jellyfish because they're small but mighty.

A: Superman
