The St. Thomas Aquinas (KS) girls put together an impressive group performance at the Greg Wilson Classic with 5 finishers among the top 15 on the 4K course with times ranging from 14:39 to 15:14. Only one senior in #2 runner Emily Downey makes up the top five of the defending Kansas 5A state champs. Top runner Haley Dietsch is a junior who started out at Pembroke Hill School in Missouri and has been making an immediate impact since joining her new team.
