Ran with Mr. Anderson from the track to Mtn View and White Ave. then down to Jefferson, back up to D and then back to the track. Had a bad asthma attack. I think I was pushing too hard trying to stick with Jonny. I had to rest for a while but I felt OK for the rest of the run even with the heat. Pace was faster than normal.
