Lee's Summit West Girls 4xMile

The Lee's Summit West relay of Kennadee Williams, Kiersten West, Elizabeth Nolke, and Annika Sisson got the Relays off to a fast start with a 21:35 to win the Girls 4xMile over Shawnee Mission West by six seconds.

 

 

The Kearney (Nebraska)  boys took the Boys 4xMile title, winning with a meet record time of 18:02.82 over Rock Bridge (18:19.17) and Rockhurst(18:31.64).

 

 

 In the boys 110 Hurdle prelims Dapo Akinmoladun of Grandview ran a MO#1 time of 13:97

 

Samantha Nightingale pulls away in the last lap to win with a time of 10:33.55 over Maggie Montoya (10:36.65). 

 

Zach Herriott wins the 3200m in 9:17.15 followed by Jacob Morgan (9:18.75) and Drew White (9:20.69). 

 

In the 300m Hurdles, Ezekiel Elliott came out on top with a time of 38.60 over Class 3 rival, Dapo Akinmoladun (38.66).  The meet record went down on the girls side, with Margaret Bamgbose (IL) running a time of 42.35.

The Lee's Sumimt West distance crew won their second race of the weekend, winning the DMR in 12:33.75
 

The Boys DMR went to Lockhart (TX) in a time of 10:32.52.

 

 

The fast closing freshman sensation Hannah Long ran out of room against Shawnee Mission West's Alli Cash, Cash winning 2:13.99 to 2:14.11 in the girls 800.

 

For the guys it was Mach Dojiok (Benson, NE) taking the race wire-to-wire to win with a 1:55.24.
