Girls 3200m -- In case you live under a rock and haven't seen this race yet, North Rockland's Katelyn Tuohy snuck under the old national record time of 9:48.59 set by Thousand Oak High School graduate (CA) Kim Mortensen back in 1996. Touhy ran 9:47.88 for the win, leading the race from the gun. Saratoga Springs' Kelsey Chmiel placed second running the new US No. 33 time of 10:27.23. (VIDEO)

Boys 3200m -- The boys 3200m also had sparks of its own as six guys ran sub-nine led by the Saint Anthony's (NY) duo of senior Mason Gatewood and junior Matthew Payamps. The two went US No. 13 and US No. 14, respectively. Finishing in third was Windham High School's (CT) Alexander Korczynski, who ran the new US No. 16 time of 8:56.59. In total there were 10 times in the top 50 from the Glenn D. Loucks Games boys 3200m. (VIDEO)

Girls Mile -- The girl's mile was another Katelyn Tuohy show. The sophomore ran 4:45.61, which isn't her best performance in the mile this year as she ran 4:43.66 at the Gold Rush Invitational in late April, but it would still rank US No. 3. Another impressive mark from the same mile race was freshman Lauryn Heskin, who finished second almost breaking five minutes. Heskin went 5:00.24 for the fifth-fastest freshman time in the country. (VIDEO)

Boys Mile -- Unlike the girl's race where Katelyn Tuohy had the win from the gun, the boys race was a well-fought battle. The top three of Loudoun Valley's (VA) Colton Bogucki, Fairfield Warde's (CT) Alex Mocarski, and Loudoun Valley's (VA) Sam Affolder all finished within one second of each other. Even though Bogucki took the win you could say Mocarski stole the show. The senior had one of the craziest last laps pulling himself from sixth -- sitting in the back of the lead pack -- into second. Girls 400m -- The girls 400m dash at the Glenn D. Loucks Games may not have seen quite the hype as the distance events but this race was still a great one. The top three girls all were within one second of each other with Wellesley High School's Abby Comella pulling off a sneak win with a last-ditch kick. Her time of 55.65 also ranks US No. 17 among the sophomore class. (VIDEO)

Boys Distance Medley Relay -- The guys from Pearl River took home the win in the boys Easterns DMR running the new US No. 16 time of 10:17.51. It was the battle for second which was really exciting. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (NY) had a down-to-the-wire battle with the guys from Riverdale Country Day High School (NY). Both teams ran 10:24 with Burnt Hills finishing second in 10:24.01 and Riverdale County Day finishing in third in 10:24.95. (VIDEO)
